Article 1 - Applicability
1.1 These are the general conditions for the use of our website, any offer of CFH on our website/webshop and any distance contract concluded between CFH and you, the consumer. We advise you to read these general conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order in our webshop. By using this website or placing an order in our webshop, you agree to our general conditions. Deviations from these conditions are only binding if CFH has agreed to them in writing. Naturally, these general conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1.2 You may not use our website for unlawful purposes or in any way that is detrimental to the interests of CFH. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair our website or interfere with any other person's use of our website.
1.3 CFH reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and other terms and notices on our website at any time. Any modifications to these general conditions will of course not apply to orders that have already been placed.
1.4 These general conditions apply to the use of the website careforhair.nl and to the sale of the products offered through this website. CFH is not liable for products offered/supplied by third parties on other websites.
Article 2 - The offer
2.1 We do our utmost to ensure that our webshop contains as complete and accurate a description of our products as possible. Because our products are regularly improved, the listed product information (such as for example the listed ingredients) may change from time to time. We therefore recommend that you always read the packaging or instructions for use before using the product. If you have any questions or comments you can of course contact us.
2.2 If an offer has a limited validity or if special conditions apply, we will state this clearly in the offer.
2.3 We do our utmost to provide our offer with the correct (price) information. Unfortunately, we cannot exclude that we sometimes make a mistake or an error. Mistakes or errors in the offer or the stated price, which can reasonably be recognized as such, do not bind CFH.
Article 3 - Placing an order
3.1 You can order products on our website by selecting them and placing them in your shopping cart. By placing an order you agree to these general conditions.
3.2 You are responsible for providing correct personal and payment information. If you have provided incorrect or incomplete information, Keune can unfortunately not or not correctly execute your order. Please check your details carefully.
3.3 After confirming your details, you can select a delivery method. The delivery costs will be displayed during the ordering process. You will then be redirected to the payment process.

4.2 CFH's website may offer links to external websites. CFH cannot be held liable for the use and content of external websites linked to or from CFH's website. CFH's Privacy Statement does not apply to any processing of personal data on or through such external websites.
Article 5 - Prices
5.1 The prices on our website are determined by CFH. We reserve the right to make price changes at any time. This price change does not apply to an order you have already placed. However, we may, within legal limits, make a price change after you have placed an order due to a change in VAT rates, legal regulations or provisions.
5.2 The prices of the products are inclusive of VAT.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
6.1 You may revoke a contract relating to a purchase of a product during a 14-day cooling-off period without giving reasons. CFH may ask you about the reason for withdrawal, but you are not obliged to give your reason(s).
6.2 In some cases, no cooling-off period applies. This includes:Products that are made especially for you; andSealed products that are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery. If no cooling-off period applies, we will state this clearly with the offer.
6.3 The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order. If we deliver your order in multiple shipments, the cooling-off period starts the day after the last shipment is received.
6.4 During the cooling-off period, you must handle the products and packaging with care. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store. You may not break any seals.
6.5 If you exercise your right of withdrawal, notify CFH within the 14-day cooling-off period via email@example.com. You return the product with all delivered accessories, if possible in its original condition and packaging. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product. If the trader indicates to bear the costs himself, the consumer does not have to bear the costs of the return.
6.6 As soon as CFH receives notification of withdrawal from you, we will send you confirmation of receipt as soon as possible.
6.7 CFH will refund the purchase price within 14 days after notification of your withdrawal, including any delivery costs charged by us for the returned product. We do have the right to wait to refund until we have received the product or until you prove that the product has been returned. To return products you can use the enclosed return label.
Article 7 - Guarantee
7.1 CFH guarantees that the products meet the contract, the specifications mentioned in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal requirements applicable on the date on which your order was placed.
Article 8 - Delivery and execution
8.1 The place of delivery is the address that you have made known to us.
8.2 If the delivery is delayed, or if the order can not or only partially be delivered, you will receive notice no later than 30 days after you have placed the order. In that case, you have the right to cancel the contract without charge. The purchase price paid by you will of course be refunded immediately.
Article 9 - Payment
9.1 As part of the ordering process you select your preferred payment method, as offered in the webshop. After the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. Thereby the order is final and an agreement is established between you and CFH.
Article 10 - Complaints and disputes
10.1 Should you have any complaints, we ask you to submit these as soon as possible, fully and clearly described to CFH via firstname.lastname@example.org.
10.2 CFH will give you an answer within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint requires a longer processing time, we will let you know within 14 days. In doing so, we will also tell you when you can expect our response.
